A content strategy starts with your business goals and is expressed through the content that you display on the internet, via your website and social media to connect with your potential customers.

It’s designed based on your goals for your business and is written with your customers in mind. What do they want? How do they find it? What problems can you solve for them? How do you show that you are the business that is right for them?

A content strategy is the difference between businesses that look for customers and businesses that are found when customers are looking.

At what level is your website doing its job?

Most of the websites that we see are little more than online brochures. They are only found when a visitor is given the complete URL or when found through paid ads. It’s exactly the same as a stack of printed leaflets that are sitting under your desk. They will only be seen if you hand them out.
